1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible items.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item does not match the product description
- You are unsatisfied with your purchase for reasonable causes
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Free Returns
Capybara Socks proudly offers free returns worldwide for eligible orders within the 30-day return period.
Customers will not be charged restocking fees for approved returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized products
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties may be non-refundable where applicable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
